Jason Dehnert and his company Big Time Operators ripped off my partner and I. We paid him a total of about $11,000 along with spending another $1,500 on getting a bunch of Youtube videos made that he said were necessary. For our money, we received the videos through the 3rd party he uses, he built us a website,, two ads and drove 13,000 fake likes to our FB page. This took him 7 months to do. In reality, this was about 1 week's worth of work for any normal person but it took him 7 months.

He broke his promise on deadlines about a dozen times and never seemed to feel the need to explain why or apologize. He would just go MIA for up to a week until I got annoyed enough and then give me a very lame reason as to why he didn't do it. Then when push finally came to shove, he asked for more money when he had only delivered such a smalll amount of what was promised. He seemed offended when we refused to give him another dollar until we saw results.

The business proposal he gave us showed 10s of thousands of likes that he was going to get us for our different social media sites. I told him specifically I did not want bot-likes as those are utterly worthless and are beyond cheap to purchase. What's he do? Gives us bot likes after being told not to numerous times.

When all was said and done, we asked for a refund. This escalated into him spewing every curse word under the sun at me and offering to physically fight me if I came in town. I expect a roided up 18 year old to speak like that, not a mid-thirties businessman who supposedly is a "professional". After that, he attempted to text mutual friends of ours to describe me as a "f****t". This didn't go so well for him but again, a mid-thirties business man lowers himself to sophomoric texting tactics?? His partners are less than impressive after I did my research. A guy who regularly shows up on his youtube videos educating people on social media tactics is Tom Bell, has a rap sheet about 12 arrests deep over about an 8 year period.

My advice to you, do your research and don't get into business with these guys.
