I am at Lackland AFB for training purposes and will be here for several months. Big Tony's Pizzaria walked throughout our barracks and handed out flyers to order from their place.

I placed an order on 5 Feb 08 at approximatly 1700. An hour went by and my food had still not been delivered. I called the establishment and the man said my food should be on its way up.

Another hour went by and my food had still not been delivered. I called the place again and stated that it had been 2 hours. The man yelled at me on the phone and said, "Your food will get there when it gets there!" I stated their flyer said fast delivery, not 2 hours and he stated again, "Your food will get there when it gets there!" and hung up on me.

Another hour went by. It has been 3 hours and I still have ot received my food. I called and the man acted surprised that I had not received my food yet, then stated he did not have anyone to deliver and hung up on me. I called back and asked, "So I am not getting my food?" The man stated "No" and hung up.

I called again and asked the man about my money. He said that they will put it back on my debt card and hung up again.I was so frusterated. I took this up to my supervisor who tried calling the place and they did not answer their phone.

I checked my account the next night and the money had not been placed back in my account. I then called and asked the man at the pizzaria (same guy) about the money and he hung up on me.

I continued to check my account throughout the week until 8 Feb 08 the money had still not been placed back.

My supervisor then called the establishment and the man I had been dealing with was very rude to my supervisor which caused the conversation to become heated. My supervisor called me and told me to call and the man should put my money back on my card right then and there. I called and the man was very short and rudeto me but did put the money back on my card.

Have your supervisor take the information to the base commander and have "big tony" and his driver's banned from base for his behavior. That'll get his attention.
