Order was placed with BigAlphaDogs.com on November 27, 2009. $75 worth of products was purchased. An email with a confirmation number was sent to me yet there was no shipping status.
A week later I tried to contact the company to check the status of my order since I had still received no confirmation of shipment nor had a charge shown up on a bank statement.
2.5 weeks later and after numerous phone calls and emails I still have received no information on my order. I HAVE been charged for the order and I'm pissed.
