bigbigmart.com Pham Xuan Trai Ordered 3 items of green superfood paid for 3 they only shipped 1 Portland Oregon
On 8-26-2020 ordered 3 containers of green superfood from bigbigmart.com. This website only accepts payment from paypal. Paid for 3 items in full using credit card and paypal. Money was sent to Pham Xuan Trai per merchant info via paypal. On 08-31-2020 recieved just 1 container of green superfood from IHERB another vitamin company. Tried contacting bigbigmart via their listed phone number (google phone # located in Texas) but no response. Emailed bigbigmart info@bigbigmart on 09-02-2020 they stated I would be issued a refund for 2 items not sent for $87.98, but nothing happened. Emailed again on 09-06-2020 they stated they would check my order, nothing happened. Emailed them again 09-11-2020, but recieved no response. I consider this to be a fraudulent online company, just to scam You out of your hard earned money (just my opinion)
