BigCommerce Big Commerce I was charged $500 dollars after I had closed my account and they refuse to acknowledge the mistake or refund my money. austin texas

I signed up for their ecommerce platform in 2018 and canceled it and closed my account a few months later in October of 2018. Big Commerce continued to charge me $250 each for the next two months. When I called again they refused to refund the erroneous charges even though it was entirely their mistake. I even had email confirmation of my account closing.

Fast forward to July 2019, I was looking at my credit card statement and I just received ANOTHER fraudulent charge from Big Commerce. I called again and after being on hold for about 22 minutes, they said that my account had been closed since 2018 so the charge was a mistake but they had absolutely no justification to give me for why they charged my credit card again.

I have since reported them to my credit card company and gotten a new credit card number, but I am STILL OWED $500!!! DO NOT USE BIG COMMERCE EVER.
