Complaint Review: Bigdaddysmokes.com

On 2-16-09 I ordered 8 cartons of Poker brand cigarettes from bigdaddysmokes. On Around 3-3-09 I received 8 cartons of Berkley cigarettes. I informed them that they sent me the wrong cigarettes. They informed me they Poker are no longer made, and that they are a "better smoke". I sent another email stating that it is not what I ordered. on 3-6-09 I was again was informed that Poker is no longer made and that Berkley is a "better smoke". That was the last I've heard from them. Poker cigarettes that they say are no longer made is still for sale on their web site (as of 3-18-09). This type of unethical business practice is called, I believe, Bait and Switch. There are many others that state bigdaddysmokes.com didn't just bait and switch but stole there money:
