I have an iPhone 5, and decided to download the Big Fish Casino application onto my phone. I really enjoy playing all kinds of casino games, until I started having problems with this site.

I purchased a 4.99$ package twice to receive poker chips, and tickets. The first time, they were having a special, where you would receive double the amount of poker chips, which was 110,000 chips for the price of 4.99$. The second time I purchased the same package for 4.99$, but this time it was not on special, the amount of chips you would receive was 55,000 poker chips. I never received any of these poker chips whatsoever! I did get the tickets that went with the package, but no chips. All together, I was ripped off 165,000 poker chips!

I tried everything to try and get my chips owed to me, but to no avail. I even wrote Big Fish Casino 2 complaints explaining my situation. I did receive an email from Big Fish Casino stating that they would look into the matter, and I still haven't received or heard anything from them. So again, I wrote another complaint explaining that I still did not receive my poker chips, or a reimbursement for the money I have spent. This time around, I haven't heard a word from them, an email or a phone call, nothing! I did not know what else to do, so I decided to explain my situation with other sites like this one and others, hoping that maybe it will get to them, and they will do something about it.

For you people out there who play Big Fish Casino, please do not make any purchases, or you will be ripped off. Take it for me, I have been scammed twice purchasing packages with Big Fish Casino. And when you make a complaint to them, they don't do anything about it. And really, there is nothing else to do but contacting them through email. I have searched and searched for a toll free number I could call to speak to a representative directly, but could not find one.

Duplicate Withdrawal from bank account

I purchased coin packages from Big Fish Casino. I see that several of them double posted to my bank account. I have sent in a request for help to Big fish...ticket number 131105-000760. I have not received any response from BigFish. In addition, my bank account was debted the amount of $1.00. There are no $1.00 purchases available from BigFish....so what is this charge for? Are they a scam? The games are bad enough as your credits don't last very long. But to withdraw a purchase twice from my account? I think BigFish should be sued.
