Complaint Review: Bigger Bras

Bigger Bras Charged credit card even after order was cancelled by phone and by contact on their FB page. Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I ordered three bras from this company. When they did not ship as promised, I canceled the order by leaving a message with the company. I backtraced their non-toll free number to Yvonne Murdock and called and left 2 messages. I also messaged them through Facebook. On the FB message I was told they would look into the matter and get it straightened out. Even after cancelling the order, they charged my credit card. I have filed complaints with the Florida AG office of consumer protection. Their emails are returned as undeliverable. I have saved screenshots of all communications in addition to all emails. 

This is not the first time this company has pulled this kind of stunt. My next step will be to file a civil suit in Broward County, FL if a refund is not issued in the next 10 business days. Just in case the company sees this, the order number is 20170201211130687.
