BigHead Ideas used fraudulent data and made false promises in order to get us to sign a contact for $8,000.

According to the contract, BigHead Ideas agreed to deliver sufficient click-throughs that would generate 220 lead forms on our company web site within 30-days of the activiation of 'igetnet' (IGN) Keywords.

Within a couple of days of activation, it was obvious that BigHead was unable to deliver to the terms of the contract. We were not getting any traffic to our site, let alone 220 forms a month!

BigHead Ideas' failer to deliver the required "Leads" is considered a breach in contract; Therefore, we excercised the "30-day out" specified in the contract which guaranteed us a complete refund of all monies paid by our company to BigHead Ideas totaling $8,000. The contract also guaranteed that the refund will be paid in full within 30 days of written notice.

It has been 6 months and there has been no refund. Bighead Ideas will not take our calls. We have been unable to collect through a collection agency.

Do not do business with these scams!
