BIGJJSTUDD EBAY JJ'S TOYS--Vintage Collections NIGHTFORCEOUTBACK, John J Hallinan, FOOFIGHTS2 FRAUD, FAKE, REPRODUCTION, NOT AUTHENTIC, CUSTOM, KNOCK-OFF, KO, CASTING Internet, Pennsylvania

This guy, John J Hallinan aka BIGJJSTUDD has no morals. After seeing that he buys reproduction parts from a guy on www.yojoe.com, I did some digging and I came to find out that he definitely buys repro parts from Broken Arrow Toys.

I found this information on the Forums when I saw the "now shipping" section where the site owner places delivery confirmation numbers for what is shipping. I happened to see Hallinan and a Delivery Confirmation. I entered the Delivery Confirmation number into United States Postal Service Tracking and it showed that it was delivered to Havertown, PA.

He fails to mention any of the repro/FAKE parts that he purchased from Broken Arrow Toys and includes them with his EBAY auctions and advertises them as ORIGINAL - or just says nothing about the rare accessory. Sorry buddy, fraud by omission is still fraud.

Who knows what else he has had made by these Reproduction Casters? How many people have lost hundreds of dollars being sold cheap plastic knock offs?

So now we are hearing from customers. As I have said before this report is based on speckulation and is nothing more than a theory. And very slanderous if I may add. You can't just play connect the dots with people. But why out of all the sellers on ebay did you choose this person? I can see if there were a ton of feedback that clearly state that these were fake and reproduction toys but there's not even 1.
So again.....nice theory.....but theorys about people with no proof are not meant to be posted on this site. Take your theory up with ebay.

My name is Paige and I purchased an assortment of stuff from this seller a little over a month ago for my husband. I purchased a total 5 items from this seller and purchased a few other things from a few other sellers. As I research the web and frequent this site I found this article and I like Steven....and that other guy....am unconvinced. Everything that I purchased was sealed and origional and I had my husband read this and he just laughed. I went through the sellers entire feedback and while there are some complaints you can plainly notice that no one complained about fake and reproductive stuff. So based on my experiance I have no reason to not buy from this seller and did I forget to mention that if you click on his feedback on this report you'll see a "top rated seller?"

One of the worst things you can possibly do that kills your report is to respond "you must be BIGJJSTUDD." Thats horrible and proof is basicly a no-brainer too. Going through all of his feedback I do not find any truth to your report. There are no complaints of people receiving fake and reproductive items. An invoice or delivery confirmation means nothing. It seems more like a personal issue.

NIGHTFORCEOUTBACK11 on YOJOE

#11Author of original report

He has been caught buying replica/ko/fake/bootleg/fakes under different ID's, one of his many is FOOFIGHTS2.  He used this ID on EBAY to buy parts from HOTDOGG on EBAY and then Re-sold them under the ID BIGJJSTUDD.  That is a fact.

Here is the www.yojoe.com conversation.  http://forums.yojoe.com/toys-1982-1998/86108-how-spot-reproduction-part-field-guide-5.html#post528253

If you look at HOTDOGG's feedback on ebay, you can plainly see that FOOFIGHTS2 buys the repro/fake parts.  I am unable to show you any of BIGJJSTUDD's feedback because he has made them private so you cannot see the multiple shill accounts that he creates to place shill bids on his account.

Go ahead and try to dispute these facts, it will only draw more attention to this thread, link and website and make more people aware of John J. Hallinan III's business practices and how he is currently preying on the collecting community.

BROKEN ARROW TOYS SELLS REPRODUCTIONS

#11Author of original report

Thu, July 12, 2012

This is pretty much black and white.  He was also caught selling fake/repro/ko transformer parts on EBAY.  He used his profile NightForceOutback14 to purchase numerous Wheeljack parts from DARKOV on the IOFFER website.

His name is on the invoice, Hallinan, the invoice Hallinan 9400110200883399406393 and it was shipped to Havertown where he lives.  Here is the link to the site. http://www.brokenarrowtoys.com/forum/index.php?topic=811.0.

Then, lo and behold, he is selling certain figures with hard to find accessories as originals the week after he receives them.

He was also outed on the YOJOE website for selling reproduction parts from a seller/caster named HOTDOGG. http://forums.yojoe.com/toys-1982-1998/86108-how-spot-reproduction-part-field-guide-4.html

I would be willing to be money that the other "rebuttals" are from BIGJJSTUDD himself.

All this based on an order and tracking info. Nice. It's also slanderous and why did you pick this buisness vs the rest? I don't see any proof in the feedback nor complaints about receiving knockoffs. I hope you didn't spend too much time on this waste of space.

I honestly do not see how you came up with your complaint. You're saying that you came to your conclusion based on an order and tracking info that you supposedly found? And this means he is selling knockoffs and fakes??? And why exactly did you zero in on this ebay seller?

I have not looked at the sellers feedback but are any of their customers complaining about receiving fakes or reproductive products?
