Complaint Review: BIGNON LEBRAY

My company English Consultants was in serious difficulty with my biggest account the company Biomerieux,Biomerieux represented 75% of my companies turnover.At this time I had been sexually harassed by a director in Biomerieux Florence Girard.The company Biomerieux had broken almost every promise and contract given to me.It had stolen large amounts of money from my company.

Biomerieux later made serious threats against myself and my pregnant wife ,we were informed by Biomerieux that gangsters could enter our house ,we were informed that I could be physically attacked,and that experts from Biomerieux were intercepting my personal e mails.

I needed legal advice.I contacted the company Bignon Lebray and spoke to Stephanie Lenoir  I asked her if her company worked with biomerieux and she replied no.I was introduced to a partner in Bignon Lebray Lionel Hanachowicz ,he re-confirmed that he did not work with Biomerieux.I made perfectly clear to Lionel Hanachowicz that this situation was serious and  must  be in the strictest confidence

I asked.for legal advice only  from Bignon Lebray.!

A few days later I was ordered to a meeting by a senior director in Biomerieux Frederique saint olive at the hotel de golfe in lyon.She was furious with me ,she informed me I had taken legal action,she was disappointed in me ,and that I should stop working with biomerieux.She informed me that lionel Hanachowicz was a friend of a very senior person inside biomerieux and had spoken about our meeting.Frederique even mocked me that she would also be unhappy if it was her and that I had chosen badly working with Bignon Lebray

From this point my professional relationship with biomerieux which was already hard became impossible,I lost contracts,had more and more threats,and eventually this lead directly to my company almost going bust and me having to sell it.It also lead to the breakdown of my marriage and both my wife and I trying to take our lives.

I contacted Bignon Lebray, Lionel hanachowicz and had a meeting with him ,I was furious ,He confirmed that he had in fact spoken to biomerieux and that he had a very old friend working there.

I wrote a strong letter to bignon lebray complaining ,I cut personal contact with this company and I refused to pay their invoice for 1 year.

I spoke to Antoine Arminjon partner Bignon Lebray  and he confirmed to me that in fact he has lots of proof that lionel hanachowicz works like this,Lionel hanachowicz is now a partner in the law firm Aklea.I wrote to Aklea and they refused to comment on this clearly accepting lionels tactics,I wrote to Antoine Arminjon ,Jacques goyet and jean paul bignon at bignon lebray and asked them to help my wife and I ,they refused.Antoine Arminjon offered me a letter from Bignon Lebray  to attack Lionel hanachowicz ,I informed him we needed help.

I wrote to Lionel Hanachowicz he also refused to assist my wife and myself.

I have all documents of proof concerning this affair and will attach one today and others later.I attach today a letter from my ex wife explaining how the corruption of Lionel hanachowicz and Bignon Lebray  destroyed our life.i will later attach my letter sent to bignon,the invoice I refused to pay,and other documents

FINALLY THE CORRUPTION OF LIONEL AND BIGNON WAS COMPLETE ,I WAS INFORMED THAT LIONEL HANACHOWICZ AND BIGNON LEBRAY BECAME THE LAWYERS FOR BIOMERIEUX..THEY GOT BUSINESS I LOST A COMPANY AND MY FAMILY..DO NOT LOSE THE SAME DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE.

Actuellement base au Cambodge, je travaille pour le groupe .

royaume du Cambodge. Depuis une anne donc je n''ai pas t en contact avec la France et j''apprends juste maintenant que Mark veut rendre publique son histoire avec Biomrieux et Bignon & Lebray. Je ne vais pas vous reparler de cette affaire car il s''agit de chose bien trop personnelle et douloureuse.

En 2002, Mark tait particulirement inquiet de ses relations avec Biomrieux en particulier avec Maryse Bouclet la manager DRH. A l'poque Stphanie Lenoir une amie personnelle avait invit Mark rencontrer Lionel Hanachowicz du cabinet Bignon & Lebray pour trouver une solution son problme. Comme Biomrieux n''tait pas client de Bignon, cela ayant t confirm par  Stphanie Lenoir et Lionel Hanachowitz. Mark a donc rencontr Lionel Hanachowitz pour lui parler des ses difficults avec Maryse Bouclet qui remplacait Florence Girard qui avait t licencie. Suite cette runion, Lionel lui a dit qu''il allait lui donner des conseils juridiques.

Peu de temps aprs, Mark a recu un coup de tlephone de Frdrique Saint-Olive Directrice de la communication chez Biomrieux pour le rencontrer.  Mark a donc prparer un dossier sur Maryse Bouclet car Biomrieux tait au courant des problmes quil avait avec elle.. Sa runion s'est trs mal passe avec Frdrique, MARK  tait furieux car elle lui avait intim l''ordre de cesser toute action contre Biomrieux sinon le contrat en cours tait arrt. Elle lui a confirm que lun de ses directeurs avait t inform par Bignon & Lebray. Il y avait donc bien eu une fuite de son action auprs de Biomrieux. Mark tait furieux contre Lionel qui avait contact un cadre au sein de Biomrieux sans son consentement.

Biomrieux reprsentait plus de 70% de son chiffre d''affaire et Mark entretenait jusque la de bonnes relations avec ses dirigeants. Cette action a totalement renvers la situation et mis English consultants et son avenir en pril. Les consequences ngatives ont t immdiates.

Mark a donc tlphon Stphanie et l''a engueul en lui disant que Lionel n''avait pas rvler ses intentions sans son consentement. Stphanie m''a confirm que la fuite venait bien de Lionel. Stphanie avait parl avec Lionel qui lui a confirm qu''il travaillait indpendament et sans l''autorit de Mark. Comme nous rencontrions Stphanie de manire informelle, Mark lui a exprim en face que ses problmes maintenant avec Biomrieux taient pire qu''avant du fait de l''intervention de Lionel sans son feu vert. Suite a ca, Mark a rencontr Lionel qui lui a dit qu''il connaissait personellement quelqu''un de haut plac chez Biomrieux et qu''il l''avait entretenu de cette affaire. D''autre part, Mark s''tait plains par courrier Bignon & Lebray et pour cette raison avait dclin de payer ses frais d''honoraires.

Suite cet pisode, Mark a dcid de ne plus entretenir de contact avec Biomrieux. M. Holmes en prendrait la responsabilit comme je l''ai moi meme transmis Biomrieux par crit.

Sans question, je peux affirmer que la rupture de confidentialit de Lionel Hanachowiz a engendr de grosses difficults contractuelles avec Biomrieux qui reprsentait plus de 70 % de notre chiffre d''affaire. Nous avons donc du nous dfaire de la socit, Mark est tomb malade et ne s''est toujours pas remis de cette histoire. Je suis moi meme tombe malade en raison des pressions et menaces exerces par Biomrieux sur Mark et moi. Cel a affect notre mariage puisque nous sommes divorcs et entrain de graves consquence dans nos vies.

Comme Mark a dcid de rendre cette affaire publique, il m''a dit qu''il tait en contact avec vous. Un ami journaliste est en train de voir comment rendre cette affaire publique soit par voie de presse soit dans un livre. Je suis personnellement coeure des agissements de Lionel Hanachowiz qui n''a fait que mettre de l'huile sur le feu et retir ses marrons du feu quand il en eu l''occasion au bnfice de Bignon & Lebray. C''est dsolant pour votre profession qui ne recherche plus que le gain au dtriment de la justice , la VRAIE! Jespere que Bignon & Lebray fera en sorte de rtablir une vraie justice au sein de son propre cabinet car il en va de sa rputation et de son professionalisme.
