In July 2009 I made a one-time buy for a game of Bigpoint. I think it must have been black orbit. After that they withdrew 15 Euros per month from my creditcard.  I contacted them in august 2010 complaining about this. They replied that I had agreed to a subscription. I denied this and asked proof of this. They sent me a fabricated screenshot of some agreement, but there was nothing that proved my involvement: the accountnumber in the screenshot was 123456789 and the personal data had been obscured. Some letters are readable "ijke" which refers to the name Marijke, the one who handled my complaint. I also asked that, allthough I have not agreed to a subscription, I want to stop it immediately. After a year they are still withdrawing. The damage up to now is 510 Euros. I'm trying to get something back through the credit card company, but don't know if that will work. I sent one last mail today to bigpoint asking them to refund, if not I would file with the police. I got a mail back, just saying they won't refund. Funnily the mail went straight into the bin, but I saw it come in for a second and went searching for it. These guys are very bad.
