bigredwire.com ripoff irresponsible telecommunications company abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell California
I joined this company FOUR (4) years ago! When I joined this company, the name was "NORTHGATE". At that time,I had to pay for the deposit (I forget how much it was), I registered and pay the deposit by credit card. After they charged me, and I still have not use their service at all, they sent an notice via email saying there is another 5 dollars or something bonus banked into the account and would like their customer to enjoy their service.
So, after I registered with them for 2 months, and would like to close the account, since they said they will refund the deposit and the remaining amount in my account back to me with NO panelty if I close it after 1 year, but if close after 2 months, there will be a panelty implied. So, that's fair enough, and I wait for another year passed by, then I apply for refund.
Till now, I still have not got any refund back and just get a lots of very non-professional reply of this high reputation company which says, "in progress, will email you when that's ready to refund, but DON'T know when exactly" in all these years and till now, just let me express again, 4 YEARS already, still no reply.
For your information, they shut down their Hong Kong phone connecting site after a few months I joined and then when I officially apply for account close and refund of my depost, the HK site is already closed by NOT informing their customer (by that sense, there is NO WAY to make the call from Hong Kong) who has not once used their service, NOT EVEN ONCE, after paying the deposit.
Anybody can help or provide information on this issue to help?
And by any chance, is there any way to get a contact number which answer by manned instead of the voice system, coz I am really extremely fed up with this.
