Complaint Review: BigStub.com

Very unhappy with BigStub.com. They charged over $100 per ticket in service fees that you don't see because you only have 5 minutes to read the page before you have to buy or loose the seats. Even the following emails didn't have the total amount. I only saw the charges when I questioned my credit card statement and had to dig for answers. BigStub lures you in with reasonable rates only to blindside you with outrageous fees. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (and wallet) and as a frequent concert goer, I will steer clear of Bigstub.com and I recommend that everyone else do the same.
