Bike Parts USA BikepartsUSA A Bicycle Inc. bike, bike parts, bike accessories, bicycle, bicycle parts Oakland Park, Florida
Since June 2012, I have been dealing with this company by email and by phone. They have promised me numerous times to send my product to me. I have never received the item I paid for, a seat post for my bicycle. I paid a total of $19.58 for the item plus SH. I could probably just let it go, but it is the principle of the matter. They STOLE $19.58 from me. I did not just give it to them.
I have contacted BikeParts USA at least four or five times by phone and I have so many emails I have lost track of how many have been sent back and forth. I have been nice, I have been patient, I have been not so nice and I have threatened to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau, telling the world that they are NOT a business who conducts themselves in a professional manner. So now it is in November 2012 and I believe it has been ample time to wait for my refund which they promised me back on Sept 27, 2012. I have yet to see that refund check.
So, now I am taking the action that I promised I would take. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida where Bike Parts USA is located and I am here filing a complaint and I will go anywhere and every where else that will listen to my story. Bike Parts USA is not one to do business with. If they steal from me, I can probably be assured they are stealing from others as well.
I am a military family stationed in Germany and they do not have the sizes of bicycle seat posts for my bike, so I had to order off line. To my detriment, I ordered from this business and so wish I had not have done so. Like I have said, it is only $20.00, but that is not the point. If a business promises to send the item you paid for and if they promised to refund my money because I never received the item that I paid for, they are not a reliable and proper business, they are crooks and should not be trusted. WHO DOES THIS!
I am over being angry and I am sure I will never see that $20.00 again. I just wish if I was giving to charity I could have had the choice to actually given the $20.00 to someone who really needs it.
