Complaint Review: Bikeberry

 I build motorized bicycles and ordered a special motormount from bikeberry.com which includes a front and rear mount (order 1300148493). I was sent 2 rear mounts instead of one "front" and one "rear" mount. I called them about it. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Next they emailed a standard reply apologizing for the mix up and asked for pictures. Again, I sent them pics of the wrong product shipped to me. They replied again with same email with same apology requesting pics. I re-sent pics and called them again. When I reached an associate there the person said that my cal was breaking up as soon as I started to explain the wrong product shipped. I called back again and same thing-comma were good until I explained the problem, then all of a sudden they said my call was breaking up. I've been using gasbike.net since then and prices lower, same products and better customer service. I know my little $15 purchase won't be resolved but for anyone interested in motorized bicycle kits let's put bikeberry out of business, or at least give their money to a reliable competitor. Order through gasbike or ebay when you need kits or parts. When you have the funds order 5 or more kits at a time on alibaba.com. The kits are only $60 when u buy directly from the mfg in China. That's how bikeberry gets em so buy em cheaper and get higher profits when you build and sell motorized bicycles.
