Placed an order on 10-06-08 #62675. Payed by paypal ( have receipt and confirmation that it was payed). Have sent numerous e-mails inquiring about order and have received zero responses Was hoping there was some logical explanation or misdirected freight as company seemed reputable. Tracking the shipment yeilds nothing.The amount was $20.39 so not a big deal but the principle is important to me.

Order DID arrive on 10-20-08, so the only rip-off was in the express shipping which arrived a full ten days after they said it would be delivered.
