Greetings.
Purchased a motorcycle part from "Biker Direct" on-line. received an invoice number,but no tracking number. Tried calling Biker Direct several time's. no answre. call goes to voice-mail,stating they will call back. No return call received. Sent e-mail to Biker Direct. No response.
I'm out the cost of the part.
I have filed a complaint with the New York Attorney Generals office. sent them copy of my invoice,the advertisement for the part ordered & bank statement showing "biker Direct" drafted my account,the same day.
I suspect this will be a long & drawn out ordeal, with me on the losing end.
