Biker Friendly Apparel.com ripoff! Non-delivery of goods, charged Credit Card, no refund after 30 days! Lodi, California
Ordered merchandise before Christmas, nothing as of Feb. 2005! They charged my Credit Card,(yep, they have my money, but not for long). I have sent e-mail requesting refund, no response!
Checked thier status with thier local BBB and noticed that they have had 14 issues since March 2004. Most were resolved, with the exception of two. I'm suspecting that my incident probably isn't the first.
Be wary of this company, be smart. Research an internet company before you purchase. I think I just learned the hard way. However, I haven't given up yet. And I won't!

After reveiwing the 'rip-off' report, and researching the information provided. There are no records of any customer listed in Woodbridge CA. I have discovered thru viewing many of the posts here that some cities and states are often fabricated or posted anonymously. Which makes me wonder the creditably of the individual posting. I also wonder the validity of this web site, and how you can allow individuals to slander business without knowing all facts pertaing to thier posts.
If, in fact, this is a valid complaint, the individual should have contacted his/her Credit Card Company and had charges reversed. Most CC companies will make every attempt to right a 'wrong'. A majority of companies, like ours, do care about our consumers rights, and will make every attempt to satistfy unhappy customers in a professional manner.
This is an obvious attempt to discredit our company, and we will not tolerate such ludicrous accusations.
