Bikesdirect.com BIKESDIRECT IS A SHAM! Chicago Illinois
On April 26, 2007 I ordered a bike from my son from bikesdirect.com. The order was delayed and delayed. They did send a letter 3 months later to say the order was delayed and they would send the bike shortly. Here it is January 11, 2008 and the bike is still not here. I have asked the company to cancel my order and refund the money and there is no response. My word of advice. BIKESDIRECT, Bikes Direct is a SHAM! I will continue to try to get my money back.
