I bought two motor scooters from this company. One arrived in perfect condition. The other had seven broken body panels. When I contacted the company they had someone named Tom (tom@jonwayamerica.com) call and tell me not to worry all parts will be replaced. After a week of waiting I contacted them again. This time they don't answer any emails. I filed a complaint with the California BBB and bikezdirect calls the next day and said they will send the parts. When the parts finally came, I recieved some of the correct parts, some parts I didn't even need, and I still don't have all of the correct parts. I gave up trying to deal with them and am now learning how to repair ABS plastic panels because I can't find replacements.
