Bil_Ray Sears Shoddy work, didn't pay employees and subcontractors Ripoff Elmont New York
Just a warning to all customers who purchased Sears home improvements via the Bil-Ray Aluminum Siding Corp of Queens aka The Bil-Ray Group. I was a former employee that was suddenly made unemployed when Bil-Ray shut down the office in which we were operating as Sears Home Central. Warranties are not being honored, customer service issues are being ignored, and employees and sub contractors who performed work for Bil-Ray are not being paid.
Evidently Sears is severing its ties to Bil-Ray because of numerous complaints and unresolved services. While I still respect Sears, Bil-Ray's refusal to pay back wages is forcing several of us to commence legal actions against the home owners where the work was performed and we were not paid by Bil-Ray. While we would prefer not to file liens against the homeowners, Bil-Ray has refused to pay us and our only recourse is against the homeowner.
I urge any Sears Home Improvement customers who had work performed by Bil-Ray to call Sears directly and demand that Sears honor the Bil-Ray obligations both to its customers and its employees. Sears can be reached at 1-800-4MYHOME
Also, be warned that Bil-Ray is now operating several offices under their own name and soliciting home improvement work in several cities. Remember, this is a disreputable company that Sears is severing its ties to.

Bil-Ray is not affiliated with Sears Home Central. We do not have an office in Albany and only service New York City, Long Island, and Lower Westchester.
