Complaint Review: Bilal and Associates

Attorney Bilal was referred to Prestige Mercedes Benz, (a highly specialized automotive shop in the City of Baldwin Park). Bilal was hurting for time on a case and we were the only company that attended his request. We towed the vehicle from Orange County to Baldwin Park and with our highly trained expertise performed intense forensic labor for  transmission diagnostics to detrmine the cause of the accident. At the time of service, he requested and invoice as oppossed to pay in-advanced and after the work was done he refuses to pay for the work done. The car was involved in a high profile case at that time he came to us crying and begging for HELP and now he refuses to take our collections calls, he refuses to pay the outstanding invoice.
