Hi I just wanted to share my experience I had tonight with a new pizza place that opened up in Algonquin. It's called Bilello's. It's Route 31 right by Algonquin Road.

I ordered two thin crust pizzas, a 10-inch veggie for myself and a 12-inch sausage for my husband and 3-year old nephew and son. I paid almost $28 and in addition gave the driver a $4 tip.

When the pizzas were delivered I was shocked as to how small they actually were. They were also both the same size (both as big as a dinner plate). The sausage pizza was in a larger box but measured 10 inches and not the 12 inch pizza I paid for. There were hardly any toppings on either pizza. I could not believe how little you got and how expensive it was.

I called the owner and told him how unhappy I was. He was
unsympathetic and told me I got exactly what I ordered.

I brought the pizza back to show him they were the same size with my ruler in hand. He became angry and told me to leave. When I told him I wanted my money back, he called the police and told the dispatcher I was "irate." I am a very rational person and I did not argue with him
and remained calm during the interaction.

Obviously the police can't do much because it is a civil matter and he still refused to refund my money after they asked for me. I left with the pizzas.

I am still in shock on how I was treated. That business just opened up and you would think he would have handled the situation better. With that attitude and those prices I am sure they will not be in business for long.

Thanks for Reading.
