I purchased a minpin puppy from Rick Bartman AKA Bill Bartman 3 months ago and was promised that the dog was registered and Id recieve papers,and vet records.I contacted him for three months and every time hes lied and said that they were mailed or he wouldnt return my calls.When I threatened to sue him he removed his dogs from PuppyFind.com.I now have no records on my puppy.I bought this dog to breed which Rick knew from our conversations and now its worthless due to having no papers.
