The lawyers tell you good stuff but these people is slow. they keep calling you to get you to hire them to help you and then after you paid your fee they never call you back, they is very slow in handling any thing. i have been receiving emails from them disregarding as advertising. i spamed them and cleared my emails. about one week later i rec;d this statement. it stated that i owed about $1000.00 for service . there was no return phone number. in 2012 i went there with my sister to file a claim.we paid the $100.00 start up fee for service. i was told that no action would take place until we paid in full. we instead made arrangements with the creditor and the debt was paid in full. i returned within two days requesting a refund of the money paid. i told them that the debt was paid had them make copies and was given a release of service from them. was told that the down payment was non-refundable. i looked them up and explained that i never used their service. hopefully the attorneys will update their system.
