Bill Chang & LWP Electronics This person supposedly bought a cell phone for $774.99 on paypal using my email address. I was alarmed as to whether my CC# had been stolen & used. It took my time to research. Who ever is doing this is a criminal!!!! Saco Maine
Bill chang apparently bought a cell phone from LWP Electronics using my (& others) email address on paypal. It alarmed me as to whether I had identity theft & a credit card charged. It took time to check & this person doing this should be arrested!!! & caught. What a creep.
