Complaint Review: Bill Chang--LWPElectronics

At 3:03am July 3, 2006 I received a Paypal reciept for a Nokia 8800 cell phone that I did not order. Nor do I have a Paypal account. I did hit the "dispute transaction" button, but the page did not come up. I saw in previous posts about this ripoff that going to the "dispute transaction" is the way my info is actually gathered. Since the page did not come up, I am assuming no info was sent to the ripoff bandit.
