I recied e-mail that said cell phone from LWPELECTRONICS and being ship to Bill Chang but I could not find where pay pal had did or on a charge card is he looking for my information, and what should I do about this.

I got the EXACT same fraud e-mail from Chang, or whoever he is, pretending to be PayPal regarding a purchase of a pink Motorola Razor about 4 months ago. It's bogus. I contacted PayPal and they said to just look at my account and make sure nothing appears on it during the month. Nothing ever did. He's harmless. Don't worry. He's just phishing.

There are many crooks out there pretending to be Pay Pal, sending emails about "problems with your recent purchase," all trying to get your credit card number or other vital information. The links in these emails take you to their sites instead of the real Pay Pal. I have chosen to never respond to any Pay Pal emails due to the sheer volume of spoofing.
You may report these spoofs to the real Pay Pal and send the phony email as an attachment. Unfortunately, most of these phony web sites are based in Russia or Nigeria, where law enforcement is lacking.

what do is forward the e-mail to spoof@paypal.com
because it is one of the many fake or scam e-mails going around.
or you could just hit the delet button.

I called pay pal they have a recorded message saying if you get one of those to forward it to paypal I didn't write down the e-mail but if you call the 800 number it will tell you the steps. I had been just deleting them, but decided to follow up on the last one.
