Bill Chang tried to have my paypal account charged for a new 8800 nokia cell phone, sent me an authentic looking paypal personal info sheet to fill out to dispute the bill and after getting some personal info, the page could not be retrieved.I had to call my credit card company and cancel and change all info at e-bay.
