Bill Gates-Creekside Pools and Spas Fraudulent pool contractor cheated employees and screwed the customers even more LANCASTER California
Creekside Pools and Spas contracted with several homeowners to build inground gunite swimming pools. The owner of the company- Bill S. Gates took the money and never paid the sub-contractors for their work! At last count, there were 5 pools that have been paid at 95% and still aren't close to being finished. Now, the homeowners will have to pay even more out of their own pockets to get the pools finished!
This guy claims to be in bankruptcy- but he is still selling pools for another pool company in So. Ca.- VACATION POOLS! BEWARE!!!!
Homeowners- get lien releases and never pay for more than your contractor has billed for the job!!!!
