Complaint Review: Bill Heard

I have read the numerous reports for Bill Heard Chevrolet. I am surprised the office of consumer affairs has not put them out of business in Tennessee or any other state for that matter. I would recommend anyone who has had problems with them should call the office in your state with your story. If enough of you call your local state Office Of Consumer Affairs as well as Chevrolet you better believe there will be a difference.
