Bill Heard Chevrolet deceived and tried to trick us Union City Georgia
In 2001, my fiance and I went to the dealership just to look at a car. Upon finding a car that interested me, I notified the internet sales manager that I wanted to think about the car over night.
I told the man that I wanted to know how much my payments would be "if" I were to come back and get the car the next day. They told me it would take a while. After about 15 minutes of typing and printing of materials by the finance person, they instructed me to "just sign right here".
They tried to trick me into signing a finace contract for the car!!! (With an unreasonalbe interest rate!) It was the most awful experience I have ever had in a car buying process. I certainly would never give them my business.
