Complaint Review: Bill Heard Chevrolet

This is what happened to us. We traded out our 2006 vehicle in dec. 07 for a new 2007 truck. Our sales person was a female named Terry. She brought ove Otis Poole to help seal the corrupt deal. He sold us the vehicle saying that we would have to pay 1000 a month for 4 months, which would get our credit rating up and then in May to come back to the dealership to refinance.
He also promised that he would get our payment down between $565 and $575 a month.

We went back to the dealership today (July), and found out they don't even refinance vehicles. But since they already had our information on paper, they ran our credit report without asking us first. What would you run our credit if you don't refinance vehicles...That's all we were there for. When we ask the salesman why did they run our credit, he stumbled and gave some crappy answer..

And to top it all off, the salesman that wrote everything up left another ladies information on our table...I have the picture to prove it..I have her SS#, phone number, name, address, place of
employment..EVERYTHING..I am going to call her and e-mail her all of the information I have, just so she will know that her infomation is not safe..I am also going to e-mail her the pic of the paper filled out there with her info on it. They cannot say I didn't get it from them, cause I have the documents to prove it. I am also writing the corporate office and the BBB. We are contacting a family attorney also.
