i WENT TO BILL HEARD CHEVROLET EXPECTING TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR MY CAR TO GET GOOD SERVICE I ASKED FOR THE FUEL INJECTIONS TO BE CLEANED AND FOR MY CAR TO BE DETAILED. I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THEY CHARGED ME $500 AND I THOUGHT OK SO THEN I GOT MY CAR AND EXPECTED IT TO BE CLEAN. WAS I WRONG MY CAR WAS PUT THROUGH THE CARWASH AND VACCUMED ALL THE UPHAULSTRY STILL HAD MY DAUGHTERS MILK ALL OVER IT AND THE CARPETS WHERE ALL STAINED EVEN THE CARWASH WAS BAD. SO I PAID $500 HUNDRED FOR A CAR WASH AND A OIL AND FILTER CHANGE WAS i RIPPED OFF...

Tracy,
I just had a question regarding your experience at this dealership. At the begining of your post you stated that you had asked them for a detail and a fuel injector clean. At the end of your post you said they did an oil and filter change. While I can't comment on the detail, I can tell you that there is a big difference in price between the injection clean and an oil and filter change. What does your receipt say in regards to breakdown of prices and services? If you did have the injectors done it will be more expensive then just an oil change. Also it might be a good idea to take the car back to the dealership and point out the problems with the detail, if you do this I would recommend that you do it ASAP. Hope this helps.
