William T. Heard, Jr. is the person behind all of the problems and complaints that are being posted on this website. He makes the policy and enforces it. That is why the problems are uniform in all of the states in which he operates AZ, NV, TX, TN, GA, AL, and FL.
Everyone else, including both of his sons and attorneys just follow his orders. To stop the abuses, you have to stop him.
