My ordeal began with the Union City Location, just sw of Atlanta. I heard a wonderful deal on the radio about paying off trades that prompted me to go check them out and try to get out of my old Tahoe. I was there going back and forth with them for about four hours to get a decent deal. They finally worked up a deal to put me in a new Silverado LT, which was nice. And based upon my previous dealings with new/used dealerships, I thought everything was copasetic.

Three weeks later I get a call saying I needed to come back and fill out some more paperwork. I knew something was amiss so instead of driving the truck I bought back, I took my girlfriends. And of course they wanted to trade back- the deal had not gone through. THREE WEEKS LATER?!?!

So I made some calls and made my displeasure known. It's been almost two months and I still have not recieved my promised compensation for the upgrades I put on the truck.

Then I went to the Town Center location because they promised me that 'Their location was all about customer service', and 'All Union City customers wind up here'. There I spoke with one of the Managers, Jeff Bagwell who pawned me of on a salesman, Freddy Grogan. Who, for all intents and purposes was helpfull, but still has not produced any results.

It has been 45 days since I signed the contract for my 2005 Z-71, and I have not recieved any tag paperwork or billing paperwork. So I checked my old vehicle account, and wouldn't you know it hasn't been paid off yet. But that down payment certainly cleared my checking account!!

I held my end of the bargain, and still have a copy of the contract. So when if ever are they going to come around? In the courtroom perhaps?
