Bill Heard Ripoff Smart people dont buy from here Sanford Florida
I would just like to say that this company is getting worse and worse. I know many people who have tried to buy cars from Bill Heard and cannot because they go there to buy one ..they put u in the car.. and call you back in a few weeks or months in some cases and cannot get you financed.
The reason for that is because of the finance department lying to banks in order to get people approved and alot of the banks stopped dealing with them. Its all a crok here so if you were a smart one you would go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.
Also one last thing if you have ever thought about going to work for this company.... DONT...!! From knowing people whom have worked here, they dont get paid.. Bill Heard steals alot of you $$..then they lie to you and tell their own employees bull s**t stories about getting paid. In this location the biggest a*****e of all is a d**k by the name oif JP who is supposed to be the used car director. Dont believe anything Bill Heard tells you they lie , cheat, and steal to do whatever it takes to sell u a lemon.
Please take my advice stay away form this dealership... they take all your money as an employee and a customer... its a bunch of bull s**t. Please if you have already bought a car form here get rid of it and contact an attorney.. you will need it.

Jill, you sound like a smart lady! This dealership chain is one of the slimiest in the business! Their "M. O." is fraud and deception.
Chevrolet won't help you either! Despite their logo all over the stench filled Bill Heard property, Chevrolet looks the other way!
Oh poor GM, loosing money, loosing market share.
Too bad, so sad.
Now Jill, I won't tell you to never go into their dealership again. There is an excellent reason...when you have uncontrolled diarehha, head for the showroom floor. The stench and smell of that operation and its people overpower anything else.
