In september 2009 after researching cncrouter manufactures; decided to buy from PCNC Automation located in Vevay, In. After talking to owner BILL JOHNSON several times, was convinced to go ahead with transaction. Felt good to buy from an American small business. Mr. johnson required payment in full to build machine and order software through athird party. And also needed 6 week lead time. After reading several good reviewes on PCNC website(written by HIM no doubt now) I sent a check for 4500.After that, Bill became harder to contact, and when he did answer phone he had nothing but excuses and promises.

In the meantime, learned approximatly 16 others were waiting for machines. Finally in Jan 2010 BILL JOHNSON/PCNC AUTOMATION dropped out of sight leaving HIS sister holding the bag and in debt. He was assumed to have fled to Texas where he had came from. Have now learned he has turned up again in Vevay IN operating as COUNTRY GIRL CANDLES. Tried to contact Mr. Johnson through E-mail at Country Girl Candles (no phone#) to give him chance to make things right. Was prepaired to forgive and forget but got no reply at all. As I said about 16 others share this eperience with Mr. Johnson. This adds up to a large sum of money and He will no doubt defraud others if given a chance. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. He plays the god old boy routine while he picks your pocket.
