Complaint Review: Bill Kay Chevrolet Matt Demato

This is the most deceitful, evasive, rude dealership I have ever dealt with. They tried everything to rip us off. They attempted to over charge, under pay, change the paperwork when the final signing came. On top of this I received a call three weeks later stating I owed more because of an oversight on their part. They continue to call stating that they need more money than our contract states. They have given three reasons (so far!) as to why we owe more.... none of them make sense! If you want to avoid hassles, deceit, rude people....avoid this dealership like the plague that it is!!!!!!
