I purchased a battery in June or July of 2016. The parts department claims they have no record of it. The battery failed in one year, suppose to be a 24 month full replacement. Parts department refused to warrenty it.

My 2004 jeep blend doors were malfunctioning. I sent the jeep to Bill Luke to have them replaced. They called and told me the blend doors werent the problem. They instead replaced another part, I told them to replace the blend doors too since they had the dash off. I did not want to pay another $2000 dollars if the blend door were the problem. Bill Luke did not replace the blend doors as I requested. They charged me $2000+ bucks. I got the jeep back and the passenger side would only blow hot air no cold. The told me the doors were werking fine when they tested them in the shop but would be happy to replace them too for another $2000 bucks. Thats how much it cost to remove the steering column, and dashboard to get to the HVAC box. They would not re-do the dash board for me at no cost even though I told them to replace the blend doors the first time. They wanted another $2000 bucks to perform the same labor all over again.

Bill Luke Jeep is run by a bunch of amatures and rip off artists who are professional excuse makers.
