Complaint Review: Bill Me Later

Bill Me Later A Pay Pal Service It took 4 months of phone calls, e-mails, etc to finally get a credit that was due for returned merchandise I pought on e-bay. Everyone just passed the buck, Internet

I purchased 3 items from Cinderellas Closet (ONESTPSHOP586) on e-bay.  I have used Pay Pal in the past and this time they offered me an option to use Bill me Later which would defer the charges for 6 months and give me a $10 discount also.  Too Good to be True?  I should have known better. 

 The merchandise was shoddy, it came for a catalogue Company called Collections, Inc. and the seller never had to pay any shipping, she just had it sent from the company who ships freight free.  This did not stop the seller from tacking on inflated freight charges in addition to a hefty profit for her.  I returned the items per instructed via UPS. 

The seller refused to issue a credit as she said she never received the merchandise.  Well of course she didn't.  She instructed me to return the items to the catalogue company and they issed me proof that they recieve it and issued a credit to the sellers credit card.  Bill me Later kept sending me notices that I owed late charges   I have a very thick file of correspondence necessary to get this resolved.  NEVER sign up for Bill Me Later.  Their customer service is a joke.  Plus they removed the $10 credit promised even though I made subsequent purchases and charged them to Bill Me Later.  They also said the deferred payment plan only applied to the very first purchase and wanted their money NOW.
