Bill Me Later Late Fee Scam Driven by an Inoperable Website Incompetent Customer Service Omaha Nebraska
Opened a Bill Me Later account through NewEgg.com (whom I like and trust), but technical glitches bounced my account between NewEgg Preferred Bill Me Later and Bill Me Later. At this time, I can login to two websites but make payment on neither...unfortunately after I opted out of monthly statements because I prefer to pay online.
Not a big deal, I know how things can get wonky when you're dealing with two sites, two corporations, etc., but I attempted to rectify the situation by contacting Bill Me Later's Customer Service department.
Bill Me Later's Customer Service agents are very friendly, but essentially useless. I was told that my NewEgg Bill Me Later account had been transferred to a Standard Bill Me Later account, which meant that I needed to pay Bill Me Later instead of NewEgg Bill Me Later (where I opened the account).
Not a big deal until after three months when I can only log into the NewEgg Bill Me Later, but have a zero balance, but cannot log into the Bill Me Later site. I've contacted Customer Service four times and talked to four pleasant individuals who cannot help me. They each acknowledged that my account has a glitch that they cannot fix, but there is no solution.
Help! I'm not getting statements and I cannot pay online? What can I do?
