Complaint Review: bill & poppy behrens

i would like to take this chance to introduce the public to two of the biggist liars and thief in the city of surprise, az. these people put on a pretty good act for the general public to see but behind the scences is a whole different picture to say the least.  They are hoarders and abusers to every animal that lives or dies at their ranch. female dogs just having litter after litter of puppies, some locked in rooms in the house for 20 plus hours a day, water buckets so thick with algae and ?? that the smell is enough to make a person puke. dogs in kennels outside that have been in them so long that the gates have to be dug out 6 " or better just to get to open, horse stalls not cleaned in over a year and water buckets just as bad, horses and burrows needing there feet trimmed so badly they can barely walk, bulls with there hoofs rotting off from standing in s**t so much they can barely walk or stand, abusing horse in front of people and future boarders so that the police get called, shooting guns off just to see what will happen, horses in so much pain or bad shape they can barely walk or better yet get up if they lay down, putting horses down with out notifying the legal owners and telling people to not tell any one about it, burring animals on there property on top of  others, hauling horses and other animals all over with out the proper documentation, bragging about insurence claims that they made up just to make money from them, why is they seem to keep getting away with this? when does it stop?  why is it that nothing is ever said about these things happening?? these people think it is neat to boast and brag about it to others. talking and telling people that they are a animal rescue, taking donations and turning around and selling either the horses or the products that have been given to them,  for a profit, or taken to the killers. these people are hoarders i would say 40+ horses, 6 cats, 15 to 20 dogs at one time and more if a litter has just arrived, 10 plus chickens in a coop entirely to small, 6 birds, several goats, sheep, burros and mini horse and 2 bulls,  manure all over the property not disposed of properly, shooting guns off early in the morning just to see the reaction of the unsuspecting boarders and horses. this i could go on and on about but not enough time
