Complaint Review: Bill Webber dba DirectMatches.com

If you are looking to give money for receiving ABSOLUTELY nothing, join DirectMatches with a debit card.  When you finally realize that this site is a front for an internet scam artist, then it will be too late to do anything except cancel the card, because they will NOT stop deduction money from you.

PLEASE DON'T TRY THEM OUT WITH A DEBIT CARD!

We canceled in August, and didn't realize until December that they were still deducting from our account.  I called Bill Webber in their (no)customer service, and had to leave a recorded message asking them NOT to deduct any more payments and cancel my account.  I followed up with 4 emails.

Sure enough, Bill called me back during the holidays, and asked me to call him back.  When we got back from vacation, a week later, we found out that he DID cancel my account, but he also deducted another payment!

Now, he will not call me back, after leaving repeat messages on their answer machine, and sending several emails.

Our bank said they could NOT just stop the payments, and the only way to stop them from coming to a debit card, was to cancel the card!

What type of business would do such a thing...A ROGUE BUSINESS!
