Complaint Review: Billiard Nation / Scott Ramsey

I met Scott Ramsey in person at his storage shed. I inspected a pool table and we agreed on a thousand dollars. He demanded money up front and said he would deliver it 5 days later. He then vanished for about a week (would not answer his phone or email). When I called from a different number he would occasionally pick up. He repeatedly claimed he would give me a refund and stated the check was in the mail. The check never came. He continues to try to operate his business. I have filed a report with the police. Do not be fooled by this business, his website looks legit. Do not get scammed like he scammed me
