When we hired these photographers, they never told us how long it would take to get our bonded, incredible story album back. Its now been 7 months and we still haven't received it. We have called multiple times and we keep getting the run-around. They tell us the book has been sent to Italy, they will call and see what the hold up is. They tell me the people from Italy have not called them back or that its the holidays and their closed (its jan.5th) today. Won't be open till Monday, Jan. 8th. Wierd. I've expressed my concern and anger and they tell me its out of their hands, its in Italy.
