Billing Department Services Magazine Scam this is a collection place I never order nor received magazines someone used info to order Magazines Los Angeles California
Billing department services sent me a two bill one in Febuary and I sent them a letter let them know I never order magazines nor received them just a week ago I got another bill from them for the same thing they want me to pay $914.20 or they will put it on my credit report I called them the man told me If I pay half now it will be resolved
they told me its 5 diffent magazines that was order on 3/14/2013 I never order these magazines someone might have got my info to order them the place were the Magazines coming from is Publishers Subscriber Certer Inc in New York,NY I never received anything from them because I never order magazines so now I will be getting a Lawyer on this I already got one

I would remove this report if I could, but according to this sites policy, I am not able to. After investigating this, neither party is at fault. This was a case of identity theft. The Billing Department Service was legitimately trying to collect a debt. My identitiy was stolen and I have a lawyer helping me with this situation. That thief is the one who created this situation. My apologies for any misrepresentation to this company.
