Billing the Wrong Party ILD Teleservices
ILD Teleservices contracts with students living in campus housing at Henderson State University for voice mail services, then bills the university for these services, rather than billing the student who contracted the service. These charges come to the university as a part of the Southwestern Bell phone bill. Each month we must examine the bill for these charges and have them recoursed to ILD by SW Bell.
