Complaint Review: BillingHlp.com And FullRelease.net

I tried to download some software from FullReleases.com; it kept taking me in circles and never provided the promised software. Two charges appeared on my credit card statement. I am disputing both of these through my credit card company because Billinghlp.com will not trace an order online unless there is an order number... or I give them a credit card number (on an unsecure web page).
